Equipment Pty Ltd provides a 30-day return window for eligible products.
For approved change-of-mind returns:
- A 15% restocking fee applies.

- Customers are generally responsible for return freight costs unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved.
