7. Shipping and Delivery
Equipment Pty Ltd offers free standard shipping within Australia on eligible orders.
Our standard shipping and delivery timeframe is approximately 3–5 business days, subject to your location, product type, freight requirements and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Large products such as forklifts, trailers and shipping containers may require specialised freight vehicles.
Customers are responsible for providing:
- A complete and accurate delivery address.
- Appropriate access for the delivery vehicle.
- A safe and suitable delivery location.
- Appropriate unloading arrangements where required.

8. Returns and Refunds
Equipment Pty Ltd offers a 30-day return window on eligible products, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned products must generally be unused, unmodified and in their original condition to qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded funds to appear in your account.

9. Warranty
Eligible products supplied by Equipment Pty Ltd are covered by the warranty stated on the applicable product page, invoice or Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, age and condition.
Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in our Warranty Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
